Thursday
15:00 – Welcome Coffee Gathering in the Courtyard with Isolde (Owner)
We arrive and get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. Together with Isolde, we bake delicious sweet rolls and enjoy them in the shop – the perfect moment to engage in conversation.
18:30 – Welcome Aperitif
Enjoy a refreshing aperitif in a pleasant setting.
Friday
07:30 – Heart-Opening Yoga Flow
In this yoga session, we combine heart-opening asanas with a gentle Vinyasa flow to prepare body and mind for the day.
11:00 – Coaching Session (with Workbook)
In a group coaching session held in a safe space, you will receive nurturing impulses to help you approach your daily life more mindfully and powerfully.
17:00 – Connected Breath Meditation
This meditation helps release deep-seated tension, reduce stress, and gain new energy. It fosters mental clarity, emotional balance, and heightened body awareness.
21:00 – Fire Ritual: "The Power of Letting Go"
Using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and the element of fire, we let go of what no longer serves us.
Saturday
07:30 – Kundalini Yoga Flow
In the Kundalini Yoga Flow, we awaken the life force (Kundalini) through various asanas and meditative techniques, setting it in motion.
11:00 – Coaching Session (with Workbook)
Another coaching session in a safe environment. With the help of the workbook, you receive powerful impulses that help you return to your daily life more mindfully and fulfilled.
17:30 – Cacao Ceremony
Cacao opens our hearts and helps us ground ourselves and connect with our inner selves. In this ceremony, we enjoy cacao made from 100% sustainably grown, single-origin Peruvian cocoa beans, inviting new beginnings into our lives.

07:30 – Slow Yoga Flow
We start Sunday with gentle asanas and a relaxed yoga flow. Breath and movement help us connect with our bodies and start the day in harmony.
